How an Ambulance in traffic tests our humanity.

In a time where it can be argued that civilisation is more divided then ever. A time that has thrown a veil over our sense of community and inter connectedness. A time where it seems that strangers are incapable of unifying to care for their fellowing man I was apart of an event that gave to a renewed sense of faith in our silent unity as a whole.

While this dire period that I describe may sound extreme, I like many of you scroll social media everyday and am amazed at the constant barage of hatred and excessive negativity that is voiced to persuade people to convert to the “correct” ideology. It has become a growingly divisive platform for harboring fracturing and disunity amongst society.

It is unfortunate that many are so trapped by this all consuming sphere of division that they have become unable to recognise in real life the moments that surround them everyday which directly oppose the division that they are immersed in.
