When I started catching public transport routinely in 2019, going to and from university I had many hours to kill and I was buzzing from the insights of my new found love. Podcasts.

I would leave the house in anticipation of knowing what podcast I was going to continue. Feeling that the information was seeping into my mind while I travelled to the place that would equip me with the knowledge for my future career.

I felt as though I had unlocked a new realm of possibilities. A medium through which I would be able to exponentially broaden my knowledge base whilst also deepening my understanding of subjects.

I had it all figured out.

How many times has that thought come back to bite me?

What I didn’t count on was after not so long was my inability to retain all of those key insights that at the moment gave me so much to only be whisked away from my memories and forever lost in obscurity or so I thoughts.

That’s when I discovered podcast snippets.

Now not snippets using any special program but the mere act of screenshots on my phone to capture the podcast/audiobook name and the time stamp.
